My coaching philosophy

Using voice notes, weekly reflection questionnaires, personalised running programs with instant feedback, and regular check-ins, I walk beside you, not just as a coach, but as your support system. My mission is to help you reconnect with your strength and confidence, as well as providing support and education on everything to do with newborns.

I’m deeply passionate about motivating and inspiring women to become the strongest, most grounded version of themselves. It’s time to stop putting yourself last. You deserve time to move, grow, and enjoy life again.

Building confidence takes time. Rebuilding strength is a process. But it’s one that pays off in every area of your life.

Over our three months together, my hope is that you won’t just run stronger, you’ll leave knowing your worth, trusting your body again, and realising you no longer need me, because you’ve found your own inner power to flourish; as a mum and as you.

    Why should I choose you?

    Because I have eight years of neonatal Intensive Care experience, ten years of experience as a runner, and certified (Athletics Australia) coaching degree.
    I am incredibly passionate about helping others and want nothing but a positive outcome for my clients.

    What if I haven't had a baby but I wish to be coached by you?

    That’s great, I don’t just focus on mums. I wish to help anyone that is willing to seek support and invest in themselves.

    That’s exactly what im here for, i’m not just a coach, my experience in Neonatal Intensive Care has provided me with the skills to be able to educate and support women throughout their postpartum journey.
