ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Amy, founder of The Rebuild Project, mum to my beautiful boy, and a passionate coach helping women rediscover their strength through running and self-belief.

After becoming a mum in 2023, life as I knew it shifted completely. I was navigating the rawness of postpartum recovery, a relationship breakdown, and the emotional chaos that often follows major life changes. In the middle of that, I returned to running, not just to race, but to rebuild.

Running gave me space. It gave me clarity. It reminded me of who I was. I have healed and grown and I am passionate about supporting other women to do the same.

As an Athlete, Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, and now Certified Coach, I understand the stress and overwhelm that can be placed on a new mum, and I wish to help educate women and support them through this major life event.

Although my focus is on supporting new mums, my mission is to support all women, whether you are returning to movement after birth, injury, or burnout, I help you build back slowly, intentionally, and with heart.

Whether you’re chasing your first 5K, training for a goal race, or simply trying to feel more like you again, I’m here for it. And I’m here for you.

Let’s rebuild together.
